As a lease administrator with our client, you will be part of a small but dedicated team and be responsible for managing the bank's leasing agreements for properties worldwide.

Your responsibilities include:

Registering new Swedish agreements and continuously updating existing ones to ensure they are always current.
Managing the flow of rental invoices for Swedish agreements and liaising with suppliers regarding these.
Participating in the management and development of the contract system Planon, including testing new versions during system upgrades.
Handling questions related to the global standard for lease accounting IFRS16, as the registration of agreements affects the bank's balance sheet and income statement.
Supporting colleagues at the bank with various questions regarding lease agreements.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has 1-3 years of practical and legal experience working with leasing agreements, preferably for commercial properties.
Is accustomed to managing a large flow of invoices and ensures they are handled on time.
Has experience working in Excel.
Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you:

Have experience in lease agreement administration.
Are familiar with working in lease agreement systems.
Have a basic understanding of accounting and the IFRS framework.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and persistent, as you will be responsible for collecting and managing data related to the agreements within your area of responsibility. You need to be able to work towards set goals and deadlines to ensure timely deliveries. Furthermore, we see that you are service-oriented and have good communication skills, as you will be in contact with many different stakeholders, both within and outside the bank.
